Gatorade, water, M&Ms, potato chips, and cookies.

Locations:

30K Race: Aid stations will be at miles 4.5, 10 and 13. 

10.5 Mile Race: Aid station will be at mile 4.

Important Note:

Our event is cup-free. It is required that you carry a water bottle to make it between aid stations.
